NCR Ranger Cosplay 05 - Ayacon 2011 by JayCosplay NCR Ranger Cosplay 05 - Ayacon 2011 by JayCosplay
NCR Ranger Cosplay (Fallout: New Vegas) - Ayacon 2011

I made this full costume from scratch using EVA foam, cardboard and a few other materials. Once each item was constructed it was then painted to make it all look weathered used.

Total Time: 4 Weeks for Jacket, Mask, Helmet, Gun, Body Armour, Gloves and Belts.

This costume has been featured on Kotaku.com, Bethesda Blog and Steam News.

Model: Me :iconnanahra:

Would you ever consider selling it? and if so, what would you price it at?

This is awesome :D
I'm thinking of doing this for my next project, partly for the pure epicness and a little bit because I'm ugly and don't suit any costumes that show my face :P
I think I'm going to have a lot of trouble with the mask, how did you make yours?

I was a real paint to be honest, that one there is made of cardboard, the new one I built that I've not put up on here yet is out of plastic resin. If you check out my Tumblr page there's a photo diary on how I made both.
