NCR Ranger Cosplay (Fallout: New Vegas) - Ayacon 2011

I made this full costume from scratch using EVA foam, cardboard and a few other materials. Once each item was constructed it was then painted to make it all look weathered used.

Total Time: 4 Weeks for Jacket, Mask, Helmet, Gun, Body Armour, Gloves and Belts.

This costume has been featured on Kotaku.com, Bethesda Blog and Steam News.

This is so badass. That had to be tons and tons of work! There's one tiny detail that would make you ready for a pro photo shoot: I think you might need some dirt or a dab of grease on your fingers. Everything else is so perfectly grimy and worn looking, but your hand is spotless! :D I'm mad jealous of this costume though, well done!
