This is my NCR Ranger from Fallout: New Vegas. I built this and debuted it at AyaCon 2011. I made it from scratch using EVA foam, cardboard and a few other materials. Once each item was constructed it was then painted to make it all look weathered used.
Total Time: 4 Weeks for Jacket, Mask, Helmet, Gun, Body Armour, Gloves and Belts.

But, I was astonished when I first saw this. The amount of detail put in this is incredible, and the laser rifle with it makes it look completely badass.
Excellent job, keep up the good work!
I then sprayed it black and did a brush metal effect on it to make it look old. Hey presto. It's a good size gun so fits an adult hand more than well do is great for the costume.
